Leslie Harrison has been with NACM Connect as the Manager of Midwest Business Staffing since 2004. She brought with her over 10 years' of prior experience in staffing, and now holds over two decades of expertise in placement and staffing with a specialization in the credit, finance and accounting arena. She has established a full lifecycle recruiting environment targeting Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections candidates for mid and senior level positions. She was a Branch Manager in her former position at AccountResource and had established working relationships with many NACM Connect member companies. Harrison created, documented and implemented all operational procedures for her prior company.
Currently she continues to oversee membership in five regions, manage the staffing division in two regions and is the NACM Connect Human Resources Director. In 2013, Harrison received her CGA designation and in 2014 received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
Paula C. Carruth has been with NACM Midwest Business Staffing since 2011. In this role, she collaborates with hiring and human resources managers of NACM Connect's member companies to fill their direct hire, temporary-to-hire, as well as temporary positions. Paula is passionate about finding and bringing together the best candidate and member company match. She believes the hiring process is much like completing a jigsaw puzzle. The similar yet differing pieces when placed in the right position will reveal a picture with great potential!
Prior to joining Midwest Business Staffing Paula acquired her human resource skills at U.S. Robotics, Inc., and later with Sara Lee Coffee and Tea, a Fortune 500 company. During her tenure with both manufacturing and distribution companies she developed and refined her recruiting skills. Paula comes with 20 years of vast and varied human resources experience. She specializes in full-cycle talent acquisition, performance management and needs assessment. Over the years Paula has expanded her knowledge by attending numerous seminars and workshops including the University of Michigan's Organizational Career Development Workshop and the Society for Human Resource Management Certification Institute for SPHR credentialing. Paula holds a BA in Organizational Communications from Loyola University.
